Dear guests, Welcome to Istria, a beautiful Mediterranean peninsula, surrounded by the cristal - clear sea and its lush green hinterland. Istria is rich in cultural, natural beauty, traditional customs and historical heritage. Whether you arrive by plane, bus, boat, train, bicycle or car, Istria will fascinate you with its breathtaking nature and interesting places.
It is my pleasure to meet you here in this rural area, in the heart of the Istrian peninsula, near the romantic town of Rovinj - known for its countless galleries, ateliers, restaurants and bars. Nearby is another beautiful town - Poreč, the city of mosaics, with the famous Euphrasian Basilica, which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Pula is another nearby city that has forever engraved itself in the hearts of its visitors with its Roman monuments. Also, some of the beautiful villages such as Motovun (truffles) and Grožnjan (city of artists and music) are high on the list of recommendations for what to visit, known for the beautiful panorama that surrounds them. For our "little" tourists we recommend the following theme parks: Dinopark, Aquacolors, Istralandia, Adrenaline park, Paintball…

Apart the elegant decor and great facilities, you also have the opportunity to explore the evergreen landscapes by cycling across the many different bike paths or simply enjoy the breathtaking views on Istria from the height of its many hiking trails. Forget the stress and noise, relax by the pool with a good glass of wine, or local specialties such as cheese, truffles, cured ham, olive oil ......

About unit
The parking space is under a kiwi pergola that protects your car from the sun.
The terrace with sunbeds and the pool (which can be heated if necessary) are located on the west side so they are lit by the sun all day long. In case you fall asleep on the sunbeds there are two sails that will protect you from sunburn. Next to the pool there is a garden furniture made of solid wood and a barbecue that is for use only.
The apartment is air conditioned in summer, while in winter it is heated by central underfloor heating. There is a well-equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, smoothie maker, mixer…
If you think you forgot to bring something, don't worry, all the spices are available in the kitchen and the shop, only 250 m away, is open every day, even on Sundays.
In the living room there is a large sofa, which you can open if necessary and the whole family can comfortably watch TV satellite programs, while the free Wi-Fi allows you to surf without limits.
Apartment Alba has two bedrooms, each with a large wardrobe and its own bathroom where a mini cosmetic set is waiting for you. In one bathroom there is a shower cabin while in the other there is a mini wellness with relaxing light and a bathtub where you can put already prepared sea salt of different scents.
We haven't forgotten your babies either, we have a cot, a high chair, an electric kettle and all the sockets at a height of 1 m are protected.
Forget about stress and noise, relax with a good glass of wine and homemade specialties such as cheese, truffles, prosciutto, olive oil….
You deserve it!
